We are excited to be meeting in-person again! We have been in communication with local school administrators and health officials to try to determine the best way to love and care for your kids in this season. As with schools and other organizations, we are continuing to stay up-to-date on CDC recommendations.
Here are a few things we are doing to reopen as safely as possible:
- We are asking families to pre-register (RSVP) for large group gatherings (Kid's Church and Kid's Club) each week: To maintain the recommended social distancing and provide the safest environment for your kids, we are asking families to register their children prior to arriving. Spaces are limited each week for our large group gatherings so register quickly!
- Masks: We are asking all kids ages 3 and up to wear masks upon entering RCofC Kids area. During worship and the lesson, children will be able to take off their masks, but will need to wear them during craft and game time when social distancing is unable to be maintained.
- Self-screening: We will not be doing temperature checks at check-in. However, to protect our children and volunteers, if your child has a fever, is sick, or showing any symptoms, please keep them at home.
Kid's Church (9:00 AM Service) (CURRENTLY NOT MEETING)
Kid's Church is our Sunday morning worship experience that is designed specifically for them! During our 9:00 AM service, we meet in a large group to learn about God through worship, music, Bible teaching, games, and hands-on activities.
Small Group (10:45 AM Service)
Our 10:45 AM service is for our small groups. After hearing the Bible story and worshipping all together, our kids head off to their small groups. Here, they experience even more hands-on Bible learning, and are able to dive deeper into our Big Idea and discuss how to apply it to their own lives. Our small groups are divided: K - 1st, 2nd - 3rd, and 4th - 5th.
Kid's Club (6:30-8:00 PM) (RSVP FORM)
Kid's Club is our mid-week programming where kids will spend time worshipping God through music, Bible teaching, games, hands-on activities and crafts.
